Assay v2.3 — product review

We reviewed pilot feedback from Harbor Clinic, Northgate Labs and Pine Street Diagnostics.

We agreed to ship Assay v2.3 on 20 November. Release notes go out the same morning.

The plate-reader import is the last blocker; Robin expects a fix today.

The 96-well layout moves to v2.4. It needs another round with the lab before we commit to a date.

Mei tells the three pilot customers by Friday.

Open question: should the export default to CSV or XLSX?
